R&D
For 2 years we have been researching and testing 10 different materials with more than 30 riders. Testing different densities and adjusting at maximum the weight, we have bet on what is today the ®WHEELAIRBAG.
Its composition is based on a 30 expansions crosslinked polyolefin foam that confers a soft and elastic finish by its micro porous structure (allowing its adaptation to any type of surface).
Given the density of this material and according to our calculations, we can avoid 80% of tire breaks on the market as it is a large shock absorber, ideal for dissipating kinetic energy in the form of heat.
It fits perfectly to all 29″ wheels (between 20 and 28 mm internal width), easing the circulation of the anti-puncture sealing liquid.
